Basic rules for using the admission portal.

These terms apply when you use IT Training Program for application, dashboard access, admission tests, track access, certificates or support tickets.

Use one genuine applicant record

Your application must use your own identity details. Repeated or misleading submissions can delay admission review.

Keep login details private

Dashboard actions made from your account may be treated as your own actions. Do not share passwords or test access.

Follow dashboard instructions

Admission test access, review notices, track status and certificate options are shown inside the dashboard when available.

Track access can change

Tracks, batches, schedules and access rules may be updated according to operational requirements.

Refund requests follow the 1 week policy

A refund can be reviewed within 1 week only if course access was not provided. If more than 1 week has passed and course access was provided, the payment is not refundable.

Support tickets must be accurate

When contacting support, provide clear details linked to your own record. Do not submit unrelated or false information.

Final review decisions

Admission and verification outcomes depend on record review, test status and portal requirements shown to the applicant.

If a term is unclear, create a support ticket before submitting a second application or changing your record informally.
